Where we deliver

We deliver to all governorates in Egypt.

Delivery charges

Delivery is always paid by the customer. The fee depends on your area and is shown at checkout before you pay:

• Cairo & Giza: 150 EGP
• Alexandria & Delta: 120 EGP
• Upper Egypt, Canal & Red Sea: 150–250 EGP

Delivery time

• Alexandria: 1–3 days
• Cairo & Giza: within 7 days
• Other governorates: 7–10 working days

Payment and deposits

• Orders of 1–2 pieces: cash on delivery, or pay online at checkout.
• Orders of 3 or more pieces need a 50% deposit before we confirm and ship. We'll contact you with the payment details, and you pay the remaining 50% on delivery.
• Orders that need a deposit are only confirmed once the deposit is received. If we don't receive it within 48 hours, the order is cancelled.
• The deposit is non-refundable, but can be used toward an exchange (see our Exchange Policy).

Failed or refused delivery

If an order is refused at the door or can't be delivered after 2 attempts, the delivery fee is still due. For deposit orders, the delivery fee is taken from the deposit.
