We don't offer refunds, but we're happy to exchange your item for another size, or for a different piece, as long as it's in stock.

What you can exchange

• Items that are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• A different size or a different piece, subject to availability in stock. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference.
• You can inspect your items on delivery while the courier is present.

What can't be exchanged

• Sale or discounted items
• Pre-orders
